- Method
- 25ml Amarula Vegan Liqueur
- 35ml Amarula Gin
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Banana Syrup
- Pour ice into a shaker and add all ingredients
- Shake rigorously for 8-10 seconds
- Double strain into a coupe
- Option to garnish with a stencil of an elephant and dust with edible copper
