- Method
- 25ml Amarula Vegan
- 25ml Passoa
- 25ml Vanilla Vodka
- 25ml Gomme
- 15ml Lime
- 150ml Pineapple Juice
- Splash of Angostura Bitters
- 5ml Madagascan vanilla extract
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Add ice to glass.
- Double strain over ice.
- Garnish with your choice of tropical fruits.
