Vegan White Russian
A classic coffee infused cocktail with an Amarula Vegan twist.

- Method
- 50ml Amarula Vegan
- 25ml Homemade Coffee Liqueur
- 25ml Coconut Milk
- 75ml Coconut Water
- Vegan chocolate powder
- 25ml Vanilla Vodka
- 25ml Gomme
- 40ml Boiling Water
- 1tbsp Microgranule Coffee
- Shake Amarula Vegan, coconut milk and water with ice.
- Add Homemade Coffee Liqueur to glass.
- Add ice to glass.
- Double strain ingredients to glass.
- Carefully pour over topmost ice cube to layer.
- Dust with vegan chocolate powder.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
