Serve amount:
- 50ml Amarula Gin
- 10ml St Germain
- 15ml Peach puree
- 10ml Raspberry syrup
- 20ml Lemon juice
- Top up soda
- 2dashes Perchaud bitters
- Garnish Raspberry on stick
- Pour ice into a shake and add all ingredients
- Shake rigorously for 8-10 seconds
- Add ice into a hi-ball glass
- Single strain mixture over ice
- Top up with soda and garnish with raspberries on a cocktail stick
