Serve amount:
  • 50ml Amarula Gin
  • 10ml St Germain
  • 15ml Peach puree
  • 10ml Raspberry syrup
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • Top up soda
  • 2dashes Perchaud bitters
  • Garnish Raspberry on stick
  • Pour ice into a shake and add all ingredients
  • Shake rigorously for 8-10 seconds
  • Add ice into a hi-ball glass
  • Single strain mixture over ice
  • Top up with soda and garnish with raspberries on a cocktail stick
