Launched in 2019, this product won a Gold medal at the World Liqueur Masters in 2020.
A velvety smooth cream liqueur with notes of raspberry, white chocolate and a hint of citrus-infused baobab extract. Carefully crafted to preserve the rich and distinctive cream liqueur taste of Amarula.
Raspberry and Cream
A beautifully sweet and indulgent creamy treat with berry flavours at the heart, rounded with notes of soft vanilla and chocolate.
Ingredients
50ml Amarula Raspberry, Chocolate and African Baobab
15ml Bourbon
75ml Milk
Grated dark chocolate to taste
(Mint sprig, chocolate shavings, and broken raspberry
to garnish)Method
Old Fashioned Glass
1. Shake the Amarula, bourbon, milk, and grated
chocolate
2. Add ice to the glass
3. Strain ingredients to glass
4. Slap a mint sprig and pop it in
5. Grate some chocolate shavings
6. Break a raspberry between forefinger and thumb (to release aroma)
7. Add to the glass
