Carefully collected by hand, then washed, destoned, pulped and cooled, the marula fruits are honoured at every stage.

Distillation brings to fullness the unique flavour, capturing in liquid form the spirit of Africa. Premium botanicals juniper berries, orange blossom and peel, and Ghanaian grains of paradise, are steeped in this unique marula spirit for 24 hours, then gently distilled, resulting in a uniquely complex, refreshingly balanced gin.
