Pineapple Fizz
Picture ladies lunching on a sunny veranda surrounded by palm trees. Gin, citrus, pineapple, Gomme, a splash of Prosecco, and orange marmalade merge into a fabulous symphony of flavours to create a sultry, tropical tipple.

- Method
- 50ml Amarula Gin
- 25ml Pineapple juice
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Gomme
- 1/2 teaspoon orange marmalade
- Splash of prosecco or soda
- Should you wish to skip the Prosecco, soda will provide carbonation
- Pineapple slice to garnish
- Shake all ingredients (except prosecco) with ice
- Double strain to chilled coupe
- Splash of prosecco or soda to awaken
- Garnish with pineapple
