Amartini

Amarula Gin presents itself as floral and spicy. With the addition of sweet vermouth, you can skip lemon or olives, and use Aperol as a modifier. Aperol provides colour and a slight orange boost, as well as introducing a little zing to the glass. This elegant combination will have true Martini fans asking for more.

Serve amount:
  • 50ml Amarula Gin
  • 10ml White vermouth
  • 5ml Aperol
  • Basil leaf to garnish
  • Add ingredients to mixing glass
  • Add a handful of ice to mixing glass
  • Stir for approximately 60 seconds
  • Taste on the back of the hand to test dilution
  • Serve in a chilled Martini glass
  • Garnish with basil leaf
