Honey Punch

This refreshing cocktail harmoniously blends a zesty tang with natural sweetness.

  • Ingredients
  • Method
  • 25ml Amarula Gin
  • 25ml Honeywater
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 150ml Inches Cider

 

  • To make honeywater: Boil water and add one part honey and two parts water. Leave to cool.
  • Add lemon, honeywater and gin to a cocktail mixer
  • Shake and single strain into a glass with ice.
  • Top up with cider
