- 50ml Amarula Gin
- 50ml Lapsang souchong tea
- 15ml Kings Ginger
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Honey
- Lightly brew a teabag of Lapsang Souchong tea and pour 50ml into shaker
- Add 20ml of honey to tea and stir until dissolved. Wait until the mixture has cooled
- Add egg white along with the rest of the ingredients to shaker
- Shake without ice for 5 seconds
- Add ice shake for a further 5-8 seconds
- Double strain into chilled coupe
