A tantalizing blend of tangy zest and delicate sweetness that teases the palate.

- Method
- 50ml Amarula Gin
- 20ml Pear Liqueur
- 25ml Yuzu Liqueur
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass
- Add 6-8 ice cubes into the mixing glass
- Shake rigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Double strain into chilled coupe and garnish with lemon skin
