A vibrant mix of Amarula African Gin, tropical mango puree, and citrusy blue curacao, balanced with lemon juice and sugar syrup. Topped with sparkling prosecco and garnished with delicate edible flowers for a refreshing and visually stunning cocktail.

- Method
- 40ml Amarula Gin
- 20ml Mango purée
- 20ml Blue curacao
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- Prosecco
- Edible flowers
- Pour ice into a shake and add all ingredients, shake rigorously for 8-10 seconds
- Add ice to your wine glass
- Single strain mixture over ice
- Top up with prosecco and garnish with edible flowers
