- Method
- 50ml Amarula Gin
- 100ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Vanilla Liqueur
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 5 Mint Leaves
- Pour all ingredients into a blender
- Add 5-6 ice cubes into the blender
- Blend for 10-15 seconds
- Pour straight into a glass and garnish with a pineapple leaf
