Savannah Sunset
A refreshing blend of Amarula gin, sweet peach, and raspberry, with a zesty lemon kick, a hint of bitters, and a sparkling soda finish, garnished with vibrant raspberries.

- Method
- 50ml Amarula Gin
- 10ml St Germain
- 15ml Peach purée
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 2dashes Peychaud bitters
- 10ml Raspberry syrup
- Soda water
- Raspberries
- Pour ice into a shake and add all ingredients
- Shake rigorously for 8-10 seconds
- Add ice into a hi-ball glass
- Single strain mixture over ice
- Top up with Soda and garnish with raspberries on a cocktail stick
