Mango & Pistachio Highball
An exotic cocktail containing juicy mango and fragrant pistachios blended to perfection with Amarula Vanilla Spice and rum.
- 50ml Amarula Vanilla Spice
- 25ml White Rum
- 75ml Coconut Water
- One third Ripe Mango
- 5 Pistachios (to taste)
- 1 Mango sail to garnish
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until all bits of pistachio disappear.
- Fill the glass with cubed ice.
- Pour over ice.
- Use mango skin as garnish.
- Serves 1
