Mango & Pistachio Highball

An exotic cocktail containing juicy mango and fragrant pistachios blended to perfection with Amarula Vanilla Spice and rum.
  • 50ml Amarula Vanilla Spice
  • 25ml White Rum
  • 75ml Coconut Water
  • One third Ripe Mango
  • 5 Pistachios (to taste)
  • 1 Mango sail to garnish
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until all bits of pistachio disappear.
  • Fill the glass with cubed ice.
  • Pour over ice.
  • Use mango skin as garnish.
  • Serves 1
