Vanilla Spice Latte

A spicy cocktail, perfect for Autumn and Winter cosy nights in.
  • Whole milk
  • Amarula Vanilla Spice
  • Heavy Cream
  • Ground Cloves
  • Ground Cadamom
  • Ground Nutmeg
  • Black Pepper
  • Black Tea
  • Heat milk and remaining ingredients (except for the Amarula Vanilla Spice) in a medium saucepan.
  • Remove from heat.Cover and steep for 15 minutes.
  • Strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
  • Whisk in the Amarula Vanilla Spice.
  • Drink warm and add froth.
  • Serves 2
