Hot Butter Rum

A delicious warm cocktail perfect for Christmas or as a post BBQ drink to watch the sun go down.
  • 1 Latte Glass
  • 50ml Amarula Vanilla Spice
  • Boiling water
  • 25ml Dark Rum
  • 0.5tbsp Butter
  • 0.5tbsp Demerara sugar
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Orange zest to taste
  • Cinnamon stick to garnish
  • Fold rum batter ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Add rum batter mix to glass.
  • Top with boiling water, stir well.
  • Drop in Amarula Vanilla Spice.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
  • Serves 1
