Hot Butter Rum
A delicious warm cocktail perfect for Christmas or as a post BBQ drink to watch the sun go down.
- 1 Latte Glass
- 50ml Amarula Vanilla Spice
- Boiling water
- 25ml Dark Rum
- 0.5tbsp Butter
- 0.5tbsp Demerara sugar
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Orange zest to taste
- Cinnamon stick to garnish
- Fold rum batter ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Add rum batter mix to glass.
- Top with boiling water, stir well.
- Drop in Amarula Vanilla Spice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
- Serves 1
