Coffee Banoffee

Inspired by the ‘Don Pedro’, this cocktail combines the classic pairing of coffee and banana.
  • 50ml Amarula Ethiopian Coffee
  • 20ml Vanilla Vodka
  • 25ml Gomme
  • 100ml Milk
  • Half banana
  • Handful of ice
  • Cinnamon stick for garnishing
  • Blend all ingredients.
  • Run toffee syrup around the inside of the glass.
  • Fill glass with ice.
  • Double strain ingredients over ice.
  • Garnish with cinnamon stick or something of your fancy!
