Coffee Banoffee
Inspired by the ‘Don Pedro’, this cocktail combines the classic pairing of coffee and banana.
- 50ml Amarula Ethiopian Coffee
- 20ml Vanilla Vodka
- 25ml Gomme
- 100ml Milk
- Half banana
- Handful of ice
- Cinnamon stick for garnishing
- Blend all ingredients.
- Run toffee syrup around the inside of the glass.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Double strain ingredients over ice.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick or something of your fancy!
