Vegan Margarita
A classic Margarita with an Amarula Vegan twist.
- 30ml Amarula Vegan
- 30ml Silver Tequila
- 20ml Lime juice
- 25ml Agarve syrup
- Lime wheel to garnish
- Salt, sugar & lime zest mix (in the proportions 1:1:1) for the glass rim
- Add salt, sugar, lime zest to a small plate.
- Wet rim of glass.
- Roll rim of glass around plate.
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Double strain to glass.
- Garnish with lime wheel.
- Serves 1
