50ml Amarula Raspberry & Chocolate
15ml Bourbon
75ml Milk
Grated dark chocolate to taste
(Mint sprig, chocolate shavings and broken raspberry
to garnish)Method
Old Fashioned Glass
1. Shake the amarula, bourbon, milk and grated
chocolate
2. Add ice to glass
3. Strain ingredients to glass
4. Slap a mint sprig and pop it in
5. Grate some chocolate shavings
6. Break a raspberry between forefinger and thumb (to release aroma)
