Amarula Vanilla Spice is a flavoured cream liqueur that won World’s Best Cream Liqueur at the 2020 World Liqueur Awards.
Made from Madagascan vanilla extract; a bold kick of Nigerian ginger; and the rich, sun-ripened marula fruit. We’ve added other warm, sweet spice notes for a smooth, flavourful sip.
Vanilla Spiced Latte
A spicy cocktail, perfect for Autumn and Winter cosy nights in.
How to make the perfect Vanilla Spiced Latte…
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup of Amarula Vanilla Spice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp black tea
Method
1. Heat milk and remaining ingredients
(except for the Amarula Vanilla Spice) in a medium saucepan.
2. Remove from heat. Cover and steep for 15 minutes.
3. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
4. Whisk in the Amarula Vanilla Spice.
